Dr. Paula Horan is an American psychologist who is known worldwide for her numerous books, seminars and retreats on alternative and complimentary therapies, authentic forms of vibrational medicine and integrative body/mind therapeutics with emphasis on Reiki and EFT. For the last few years, she has focused mainly on her ground-breaking approaches to spirituality and non-dual awareness.
Her first book, Empowerment Through Reiki has been translated into 20 languages. Currently Paula teaches across China and India and is based in Kathmandu, Nepal, where she concentrates on the practices of the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.
